When I use a lot of different colors in one day, this is how I organize them to keep track of what I'm using. This is how the colors are laid out inside of the pick-up box. These colors will need to be heated above 1000 degrees before it can be used without risk of cracking.

Most of these colors will look different when hot. Reds look brown, blues look green, oranges look red... And the list continues. And they all react to the heat differently. White takes forever to get soft, while black will turn into a soupy mess in an instant. It's all part of the fun! (Or frustration)


Chunks of glass color will be heated to 1000 degrees before being used in the final piece.
