Please read the following carefully:

 

**Terms:

1. You must have a currently operational retail store and website - online and/or brick and mortar store.

2. Supply your tax ID number.

3. You must have a minimum of 6 items per single order. If you would like to purchase multiples of a specific item or have special requests, please add a note during checkout. Any made-to-order items will need a lead time of about 2 weeks. 

4. The pricing as described on my website is the suggested retail price, but you may mark up or down as you see fit for your store. My wholesale pricing is 50% of my suggested retail price as shown on my site.

5. All items bought at wholesale pricing are final sale.

6. Please choose the Wholesale / Invoiced Shipping Rate under 'Delivery method' and Manual Payment under 'Payment' during checkout. Wholesale orders are invoiced separately. Once the invoice is paid, your items will be shipped.

   1. If the invoice remains unpaid after 10 days, your selected items will be made available on my website again (unless prior agreement is made). 

   2. If you are in the Bay Area and would like to do a studio pick-up, this option is available for you. I will contact you to schedule a convenient pick-up time and date.

7. Your purchase must be applied to the ‘all works’ page. No sale items can be purchased with your wholesale code. Your code cannot be combined with any other offer.

8. Your code cannot be shared. Only the registered user/business can utilize the code.

9. International orders are subject to a currency exchange rate of 4% on all items. 

10. Please give me 1 - 3 business days to complete registration and assign you a code. I will send you a confirmation email with your code. The code will exempt you from sales tax. Code is valid for one year. Please contact if your code expires.

11. When you register, you agree to the occasional newsletter and/or other business related email.

 

**These terms are subject to change without notice. Approval for wholesale code is subject to my discretion.

**Drop-shipping agreements are made on an individual basis, and do not follow the same arrangements outlined on this page. Please email me if you are interested in drop-shipping.
